Timely Delivery:
Sanskar Ethnics makes every reasonable effort to ensure prompt delivery of your products. We encourage users to carefully review the terms outlined in this Delivery Policy. If you disagree with any part, we advise against accepting the Terms of Use and Shipping & Delivery Policy, and suggest refraining from using our platforms. By accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them without modification.

Shipping Origin:
All products are shipped from our warehouse in Kolkata, India, to the shipping address you provide. We collaborate with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery to ensure smooth deliveries. Details of the assigned courier partner will be shared once your order is handed over for shipment.

Complete Address Required:
Please provide a complete street address along with the correct pin code when placing your order.

Processing Days:
Orders are processed on weekdays, Monday through Saturday, excluding national and declared holidays.

Multiple Product Orders:
If you order multiple products in a single transaction, we will try to ship them together; however, this may not always be possible. Only one shipping address can be processed per order. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

P.O. Box Addresses:
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if an order is sent to a P.O. Box and not received.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times at the specified address. If unsuccessful, they will notify us, and the package will be returned as undelivered.

Product Availability:
We strive to maintain stock of all products listed on our website. Custom orders for unavailable products may require additional delivery time. We will keep you informed of your order status via your registered mobile number or email.

Responsibility for Packages:
Sanskar Ethnics is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the customer’s address by the courier.

Order Alteration Requests:
No changes can be made to an order once placed, except for address corrections within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us promptly if you need to update your address, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Multiple Address Orders:
Currently, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Separate orders must be placed for different delivery locations.

Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Courier companies may impose penalties for incorrect addresses, and customers will be responsible for any reshipping charges if orders need to be resent due to address errors.

Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order placement.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order through the “Track Order” section in your account on our website.
