Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team before it is shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return, subject to a processing fee of ₹99.

Please note that custom-made orders are crafted specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

COD Policy

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure a secure and seamless shopping experience.

  • Customers choosing COD are required to pay a prepaid amount of ₹149 at the time of placing the order.
  • The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon delivery.
  • In the event of a return, refunds will be processed in accordance with our return policy; however, please note that the ₹149 prepaid amount is non-refundable.

This policy helps us minimize order cancellations and ensure faster processing.

Returns & Exchanges Process

We aim to make returns and exchanges simple and transparent. Please follow the steps below:

1. Request Initiation

Submit your return or exchange request within 2 days of delivery. Our team will get in touch with you by the next working day to verify the request and item condition.

2. Approval & Pickup

Once verified, we’ll arrange a pickup within 48 hours.

3. Exchange Dispatch

If you’re requesting an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within one working day after the return has been picked up.

4. Quality Check & Refund

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • All original brand tags must be intact.

Important Note

For any missing, damaged or incorrect items, you must share an unboxing video as proof within 24 working hours of delivery.
Without valid video evidence, we may not be able to process such claims.
